A 20% planning fee is charged at booking. The remaining 80% is due on the day of the tour.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any hidden fees?

No. There are no hidden fees. Your quote will clearly show the guide fee and any optional costs before payment.

Are prices per person or per group?

All prices are per group, not per person. Whether you are 1 person or 4, you pay one flat rate for the group.

Can I change my tour date after booking?

Yes, date changes are possible based on availability. Please contact us as early as possible.

Is tipping required or expected?

Tipping is not required in Japan, but always appreciated if you feel the service was exceptional.

How do I pay for the tour?

The 20% booking and planning fee can be paid securely via PayPal or credit card. The remaining 80% can be paid in cash on the day of the tour, or again via credit card through PayPal.

How accurate are the foreign currency conversions?

All conversions are approximate and based on current exchange rates. Final charges are calculated in Japanese Yen (JPY).

Are there discounts for multi-day tours or repeat bookings?

Multi-day tours have a bundled rate. Contact us for custom packages or repeat booking discounts.

Do you offer airport pickup from Haneda Airport?

Yes. Your guide meets you at the arrival gate and assists you to your hotel by train or taxi. ¥15,000 for the first guest, plus ¥10,000 per additional guest (up to 4 people). Available 8:30–20:00.
